These Terms of Service apply to your use of myfavoritehobby.shop and purchases made from Favorite Hobby LLC.
Throughout these Terms, āFavorite Hobby,ā āwe,ā āus,ā and āourā refer to Favorite Hobby LLC. āSiteā refers to myfavoritehobby.shop and related online storefront services operated by Favorite Hobby.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them.
1. Online Store
Favorite Hobby operates an online retail business selling trading cards, collectibles, hobby products, and other merchandise that may be offered from time to time.
Favorite Hobby does not currently operate a public retail storefront.
Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate the Site and process transactions.
You may not use the Site, our products, or our services for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Customers who are not legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement should use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian as applicable.
3. Product Information and Collectible Condition
We make reasonable efforts to present product titles, descriptions, images, prices, availability, card conditions, and other product information accurately.
Colors and visual details can vary depending on lighting, photography, scanning, display settings, and the characteristics of the individual item.
For collectible cards, condition classifications represent Favorite Hobby's reasonable assessment under the condition standards displayed on the Site. Minor differences of opinion can exist when evaluating collectible condition.
If merchandise received is materially different from its description, please contact us.
4. Prices and Availability
Prices and product availability may change without notice before an order is completed.
Adding an item to a cart does not reserve inventory.
We may correct pricing, description, inventory, or other errors when discovered. If a material error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order when appropriate.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate operational or legal reasons.
If we cancel a paid order or portion of an order that will not be fulfilled, we will issue the appropriate refund.
6. Payment
Payment methods available to you are displayed during checkout.
Payment processing may be performed by Shopify or other authorized payment-service providers.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
7. Shipping
Shipping eligibility, Economy Letter service, processing times, shipping charges, delivery estimates, tracking or shipment visibility, and handling of delayed or missing orders are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Returns and Refunds
Final-sale products, eligible returns, damaged or incorrect merchandise, return shipping, and refunds are governed by our Refund / Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Privacy
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or provide access to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, shipping carriers, customer-support services, analytics providers, marketing services, and other ecommerce services.
Third-party websites and services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Favorite Hobby is not responsible for independently operated third-party websites or services except to the extent required by applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, Favorite Hobby's original site design, branding, written content, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Favorite Hobby and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission.
Product names, card artwork, game names, trademarks, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Favorite Hobby is an independent retailer unless an affiliation is expressly stated.
12. User Submissions and Communications
If you send us feedback, reviews, comments, photographs, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to provide them.
You may not submit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, infringing, or malicious material through the Site.
We may moderate or remove content submitted to public portions of the Site when reasonably necessary.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, malicious code, infringement of another person's rights, improper collection of information, interference with Site security or operation, or activity that materially disrupts Favorite Hobby or other customers.

The Site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party interruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly provided by Favorite Hobby or required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Favorite Hobby will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or merchandise purchased through it.
Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
17. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and transactions with Favorite Hobby are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply and cannot lawfully be waived.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, Site, services, or legal requirements.
